My family’s Michigan roots are deep, going back to 1839, two years after statehood. The Great State of Michigan never fails to live up to its motto; “If you seek a pleasant peninsula, look about you.” We truly offer something for everyone. I am married and have six adult children and a few grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with all of them. Since our kids are grown and all have their own homes, we share our house with our two dogs. We frequently take them on walks, often with a local group of fellow dog lovers. We also have three horses that we like to take out and go riding as much as we can. For the horses, our highlight for 2022 was the Lake Michigan Shoreline ride at Silver Lake Dunes State Park. I started my career in real estate for two reasons. The first is because I have a lifelong interest in all aspects of the housing industry. I have been frequently involved in almost all aspects of house construction; from site selection and drawing up plans, to packing up and move-in day, I enjoy the whole process. The second reason that I like my real estate career is to help people to be able to live in their dream. It is rewarding to search out and find a house for clients so they can start making memories in the house that is just right for them. For those selling their homes; I want to be able to assist them in the next chapter of their journey. Often the reason for selling is to upgrade or to downsize. Sometimes, there are difficult life experiences that bring about the sale of a home.
