I would also like to let you know this is still a great time to purchase your new home and also sell your home. Don't let those climbing interest rates scare you Each purchase is unique unto itself. The NAR ( National Association of REALTORS) predicts 4.78 million existing home sales in 2023 which is only slightly down from 2022. Home prices are expected to only gain 0.3% as opposed to 9.6% in 2022. Which means seller still will receive a fair market price for their properties while buyers will have more opportunity to purchase a property at more reasonable price.
